FINDING YOUR WAY HOME IS VICTORY (PART III)

FINDING YOUR WAY HOME IS VICTORY

(PART III)

Let's go back in time together. I shared scripture from Psalms 139:13 - Where God knew you in your mother's womb - Psalms 139:15 - Where God knew you when you were conceived, and Jeremiah 1:5 - Where God knew you before you were conceived. Now, let's go back in time even further. I want to talk to you about someone who was born before you were born on this planet, and God knew this person too! Someone who was very important to God as much as you are. Someone God trusted, and this person trusted God. Someone that Jesus trusted too! This person is Mary - not Mary Magdalene. I'm talking about Mary - Jesus' mother. I know! You’re asking me what does Mary, the mother of Jesus have to do with you. Just follow me - I promise you, you will understand.

Now, I have to explain the science behind all this. So, we will have to go back in time even farther. A lot of people think God, and science don't go together, but they do. God is very much into science - I mean God created science - God created this universe. If that's not science - then I don't know what is! I will try to get you through the science part as quickly as possible for those of you who aren't into science. But, this is very fascinating how God explained this to me.

PROPHETIC FUTURE, AND HISTORY ARE THE SAME

I want to take you back in time when God's first prophetic word was spoken about the future, and history at the same time. The future of Satan, the future of man, the future about Jesus, and also the very importance of Mary, and how history is seen in the eyes of God, and how God handles history, and the future. In God's realm prophetic future, and history are both the same. WOW!

In Genesis 3:1, Is the first time we hear about the serpent, or Satan. It says "The serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made." Then Satan tempted Adam and Eve - they sinned. Let's jump to Genesis 3:15 - God's first prophetic words about His present time - history, and the future all in the same time, and space. God said to Satan "And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed, and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel."

We know God is talking about Jesus even though God said "IT" because it was a secret. But, God wasn't just talking about Jesus - God was also talking about Mary. Now get this! - Jesus was already in the present with God when He prophesied that, but Mary wasn't yet in the natural realm - but God knew Mary before she was conceived - God knew Mary when she was conceived - God knew Mary when she was in her mother's womb, just like He knew you. WOW! Not only did God know all that! God knew all the ancestry that had to be perfect so Mary could be conceived, because Mary was favored in God's eyes. She was the only woman out of every woman that was ever created that was called to be the mother of Jesus. That took a lot of knowledge, a lot of planning, and a lot of spiritual battling to take place in Heaven, and on earth to protect the lineage to make sure the conception of Mary took place. WOW! WHAT POWER! God knew Mary would someday exist. She was also chosen by God.

I know - I know! You're still asking what does any of this have anything to do with having victory over drug, or alcohol addiction, abuse, or any kind of addiction. Anything you need victory over? Just keep following me with this. I promise you this. You will not regret this. Stay tuned for Part IV of FINDING YOUR WAY HOME IS VICTORY! You do want victory right? You will have victory! FINDING YOUR WAY HOME IS VICTORY (PART lI)

FINDING YOUR WAY HOME IS VICTORY
(PART II)

Going back in time can be a scary thing for some people. Especially if you've gone through some bad experiences. I know it was for me. Sometimes it felt like I was reliving through the experiences all over again. That's exactly what happened to me in order for me to receive my healing, and at times it's exactly what's needed to be done. I know what you're thinking - you're thinking God took me back to the first time I got high on drugs, and alcohol or the first time someone offered me drugs, and alcohol. Well, God didn't even take me back to my childhood when bad experiences happened to me!

God took me back even further than that. Let me share 4 Bible scriptures with you, maybe 5!

  1. Psalms 139:13 - For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. Okay - Okay; I know what you're thinking! You're thinking God took me back to when I was in my mother's belly! Right? No! Even further!

  2. Psalms 139:15 - My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Now you're thinking God took me back to when I was conceived. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE! How can anybody remember that!? No! Let's go even further to where God took me. I told you - God took me on a journey!

  3. Jeremiah 1:5 - Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Ya! That's right! BEFORE I was even conceived! Before YOU were even conceived! WOW! WHAT A JOURNEY! Think about it!

  4. Scripture number 4 and 5 I will share with you later.

Can you imagine that! Going back in time with God to a place where He knew you before you ever made a mistake, before you were ever abused, or before you had any addictions! You were perfect, because that's how God made you. PERFECT! That's how God intended you to be. PERFECT!

Unfortunately, God knew everything that would happen to you, and every bad mistake you would make. For some of us God also knew about our dysfunctional families that would shape our lives into who we are today - and  do you know what? None of it was His will for us. God never wanted us to suffer any sadness, pain, addiction, abuse, or depression. Anything negative that is in this world is not His will for you, or me. NONE OF IT!

BUT IT DOES EXISTS

Well, you ask  - why then do all these bad things happen to you, why are you suffering from abuse, or with addiction? Why is God letting this happen to me, and why doesn't He stop it - or intervene?

God can - and He will. But, first let me answer your question. WHY AND HOW?

 WHY AND HOW

I'm not going to tell you that if you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior that all your problems will go away. (Even though that was His ultimate goal for every man upon the face of this earth to accept Jesus into their hearts.) - I'm not going to tell you that if you accept Jesus as your Lord, and Savior that you still won't have to fight your addiction, - or any type addiction, because you will. And, I’m not going to tell you your broken heart from abuse won't just go away like that. But, with Jesus the battle is 100% easier. I'm not going to tell you that!

What I am going to tell you is what God told me when I was praying. What He showed me just blew my mind away. Let me tell you - I had a very long discussion with God explaining this to me. God wanted me to know what His plan had always been for me. It was never God's will for me to be abused as a child. It was never God's will for me to have had a drug problem, or even be exposed to drugs. It was never God's will for me to experience alcoholism in my life, or my parents life.

What God showed me is one word. One simple word that tied everything all together. One word that opened up a door into a realm that I never knew existed. One word that explained why I can't go back in time to change, or alter my life from every negative thing that ever happened to me. But - God can take me back in time to understand, how - and - why in order to find victory and maintain victory. He can take you too! That one word is HISTORY!

History! Yes history! How does history have anything to do with victory over addiction, or how can history help you overcome addiction?Or, the sadness from abuse. You have to understand how history works in God's realm when it pertains to history in our realm. I will explain it to you. Just follow me through this, and you will be enlightened the same way I was. You will be able to apply this to your life, and walk in victory too! Isn't that what you want - victory? FINDING YOUR WAY HOME IS VICTORY (PART I)

(POST # I)
FINDING YOUR WAY HOME IS VICTORY
(PART I)

I believe one of the most important questions we ask God, (and He will answer - if you will ask Him,) is - Why God? Why am I going through this? Or - Why did this happen to me? Or - Why did I have to live through that horrible experience? It’s inevitable that we all go through bad things. Some things are not of our own doing. Some of us were born into a bad environment, or family. We didn’t choose our parents. It’s also inevitable that we all make bad decisions. Mistakes that we can't undo. No matter how hard we try we can’t. We can rack our brains out trying to figure out how. Or, try to understand what would have happened if we didn’t make the mistakes we did. How our lives might have been different.

Finding victory in my life started in that very place for me. Asking God those very same questions, and God did answer me! But, I had to get to that place - and point in my life where I really wanted to hear what God had to say about it. Then what would I do when I did hear from God. I was tired, and emotionally exhausted. I was in anguish, I was in despair. I was in danger - literally - my life was in danger. I wanted to run, and hide for my safety. But, I didn’t know where - or - how to find safety. I felt guilty for so many bad things I did - the guilt felt horrible. A deep knot in the pit of my stomach. I wanted to turn back time - to change the things I did - the things I went through, or the things that were done to me that weren’t supposed to happen to me, that weren’t my fault.

I WAS IN DESPAIR, AND I WAS DESPERATE!

I mean - what was the point of all this turmoil? What was the point of my life? Why was I created, and by WHOM? What was the purpose for my life? What was also most important was how do I find out? How do I change my life? The questions kept coming into my head like a spiraling tornado!

I was at the end of my ropes. I didn’t know where to get help, or who could help me. I felt like I was running out of time, and something had to be done - and fast.

I know you have felt this way before too - once - or, twice in your life - haven’t you? It’s not a good place to be. But, you know it's time to change. IT'S GOING TO TAKE A MIRACLE. Well! That's exactly what happened - A MIRACLE! God took me on a journey. He took me to a place I never thought I could get back too! God took me back in time.

Let me take you on the journey God took me on that changed my life. A journey back in time. Isn't that what you want. If you had a chance to have a do-over, wouldn't you take that chance?

Read Part II of "FINDING YOUR WAY HOME IS VICTORY" to find out about the journey God took me on, and how He taught me how to have victory in my life, and how to stay victorious. After all that is what you want - right? VICTORY! You can have victory in your life.
